Laser cleaning of technical materials
Čermák, Filip ; Joska, Zdeněk (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
This thesis deals with the issue of the effect of laser cleaning on the surface of the base material, respectively on its surface texture. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the characteristics of laser technologies, an overview of surface cleaning methods in the field of mechanical engineering and the introduction of the company ŽLUTÉ LASERY s.r.o., that helped to create and process the assigned topic. In the practical part focused on the experiment is discussed the choice of materials, production of samples, selection of types of impurities and their application to designated areas. The main part is a description of the laser cleaning process, roughness measurement and statistical evaluation of the investigated surface roughness parameters (Ra, Rz, Rp, Rv, RSm, RPc, Sa, Sz, Sp, Sv, Spd and Spc). In the end, the processed results are evaluated and presented.
Racionalization of technical plastics cleaning
Bubelíny, Adam ; Osička, Karel (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
The thesis deals with the rationalization of cleaning of technical plastics. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on surface cleanliness in engineering and possible methods of cleaning and surface treatment with a focus on laser cleaning. The practical part of the thesis deals with the comparison of chemical cleaning with laser cleaning of engineering plastics. The result of the experiment is the evaluation of cleaning time and surface roughness (Ra, Rz) of the cleaned materials. Based on the result of the practical part, a technical-economic evaluation is determined, including an analysis of the proposed solution with environmental impact.
Laser surface cleaning
Macháček, Martin ; Kubíček, Jaroslav (referee) ; Sigmund, Marian (advisor)
This thesis covers feasibility of laser cleaning applied to various types of surface contaminations and treatments. In theoretical part of the theses are described basic principles of laser, a machine used in practical section (M200 by 4Jet) is introduced and corrosion and surface treatments are depicted. In practical part of the theses is described the preparation process of testing samples, the cleaning procedure and the results thereof are evaluated with emphasis on feasibility of the operation. The last section of the thesis focuses on comparison between conventional cleaning technologies and that of laser cleaning. Conclusion of the thesis summarises gained insights.

CRAFT projekt HISTOCLEAN - alternativní využití programu
Bryscejn, Jan ; Drdácký, Miloš ; Jakůbek, J. ; Vavřík, Daniel ; Valach, Jaroslav
A method for quality inspection of laser cleaned stone surfaces of historical buildings was developed. The method is based on analysis of the reconstructed surface topography of studied surface. The surface reconstruction employs methods of shape-from-shading and photometric stereo to obtain 3D data from sequence of digital images
